You are invited to participate in a study exploring the sensory properties of Wines made from First Generation Disease-Resistant Grapevines. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate, and a frequent drinker of Red Wine.

 

The tasting consists of three (3) Brackets: A, B, and C. All of them require your attendance. Please attend one session for each bracket over three days.

Wine Brackets should take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete and consist of 8-9 samples.

Available sessions start at 9am, and continue until 4:30pm

You will need to attend Brackets A, B and C  and will receive a $30 gift voucher upon completion of the third day as thanks.

Tasting Brackets will be on the following dates, in the Wine Innovation Central Building, Level 4, at the University of Adelaide, Waite Campus. Please use the links below to book your session timeslots.

Participation is optional, and you can withdraw at any stage prior to the publication of the results. Non-participation or withdrawal will not affect your relationship with the University.
